The 40×80 cm hand towel is used in hotel bathrooms, wash basin areas and spas. ANODA weaves this line with 4 yarn options: 30/2 carded, 30/2 combed, 40s/2 carded and 40s/2 combed — 40s/2 is finer for a smoother surface, while 30/2 is fuller and heavier.
Available weights from the standard list: 130, 150, 170, 200 and 220 g/pc — equivalent to 406, 469, 531, 625 and 687 GSM. The 200–220 g models deliver a premium feel suited to 4–5 star hotels; the 130–170 g models fit the mid-scale segment and optimize laundry costs.
Firmly folded hems keep their shape after repeated washing. Hotel logo embroidery or woven labels (private label) are available on request.

What is the difference between combed and carded yarn? Which should I choose?+
Combed yarn has impurities and short fibers removed through the combing process — a smoother surface, less lint shedding, and durability beyond 50+ washes; carded yarn is 15–20% cheaper but sheds lint sooner. 4–5 star hotels choose combed 30/2; budget guesthouses and spas choose carded 32/2 to optimize costs.
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?+
MOQ starts from 500 pcs per design for plain towels and 3,000 pcs for OEM orders with custom dobby/jacquard weaving. Sample orders are also accepted to test quality before placing a bulk order.
What are the production and delivery lead times?+
Production takes 30–45 days after sample approval and receipt of the deposit. Goods are delivered FOB Hai Phong or CFR/CIF on request; ANODA has a regular CFR export track record to Japan and Korea.
Can you send samples before we place an order?+
Yes. ANODA sends existing samples free of charge (courier fees borne by the buyer); custom samples (size, GSM, woven logo) are charged and refunded upon a confirmed order.
What certifications does the factory hold?+
The factory is certified to ISO 9001 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Cotton raw material with BCI or organic certification is available depending on the order; certification documents are enclosed with the quotation.
Can you produce OEM orders with our own design (logo, colors, sizes)?+
Yes — OEM/ODM is ANODA core business: dobby or jacquard woven logos on the towel border, embroidery, custom woven labels, and packaging on request (poly bags, gift boxes, paper bands). Sizes and GSM are produced to the buyer specifications.
Are the products 100% made in Vietnam? Are they re-imported Chinese goods?+
100% produced at the ANODA factory in Phuong La weaving village, Hung Yen, Vietnam — from cotton yarn input to finished products. ANODA provides Certificates of Origin (C/O form AK, AJ for Korea/Japan) for every export shipment.
